Design
The proposal is for a single storey, flat roof, and modern dwelling house. The parking area is to the north of the site and the entrance to the building is emphasised by an extending timber wall, leading you to the glazed entrance.
Internally the open plan space is subdivided with storage wall which act as partitions, and these divides also direct the eye along the central spine of the building, and separates the public space from the private. There are four double bedrooms, each with floor to ceiling glazing. The Masterbedroom has an ensuite and the main Bathroom has a slylish free standing bath, feature slate stone wall and wetroom.
