Outdoor Play, Inverclyde
One of several outdoor play shelters, providing accommodation and shelter to the outdoor play space within the nursery. The added shelter allows the nursery to accommodate more children for the 1140 hours. Dab Den provide the complete turn key, design and build package. This streamlines the process and allows for cost assurance and quality of build.
This project in Inverclyde is a 15.0m x 6.0m insulated classroom, with high performance bi-folding aluminium doors that provides shelter and warmth throughout the year, in all weather.
They are built with SIP panels and this makes the build time faster and minimises time onsite. The SIP system is also cleaner than traditional builds, and has excellent energy performance.
The eco-nurseries and classrooms are designed to create inspiring learning spaces. Internally they are cosy, light filled pavilions that are connected to the outside, encouraging a healthy education environment.
